〖BEFORE COMMISSIONING, PLEASE READ AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERM BELOW〗✧FOR NON-COMMERCIAL COMMISSION✧

Deadline starts when you have approved the sketch
For the best working result please do not rush when the deadline has not yet been due (however, asking about the progress is allowed)
You will be informed/ sent a notification if the artist encounters an occurrence that requires a longer working duration or an extended deadline. Then, you can:
1. Request a refund: you will be refunded 70% of the total price and have the right to use the commission’s sketch/wip
2. Negotiate another deadline. If the artist still cannot complete your commission, you will be refunded 100% and have the right to use the sketch only.
-Canceling commission after the sketch (not colored yet) you will be refunded 50% of the total price
-Canceling commission after the sketch (coloring in progress) you will not get a refund
Changes to the commision will be free IF the mistakes are artist’s fault
The first 3 changes to the client’s request will be free (details that are not too difficult only). Any change after that will cost an extra 3$/change.
If the client is not satisfied after 3 changes and does not wish to purchase anymore, the commission will be cancelled, no payment needed (applied to sketch only). However client cannot take commission elsewhere
Artist will have the right to post commissions on other social media sites, commissions will be watermarked and reduced in resolutions
Clients can request a private commission with an extra $10.
Clients are allowed to post/print for personal purposes. Any forms of commercial purpose are not permitted.
When reposting a commission, clients must attach the artist's name as credit.
Forms of receiving commission:
Commissions will be sent in a drive link. Can be sent via gmail if requested. After receiving, please download and store the commissions. Artist only store each commission back-up file within 3 month. After the due time, the artist is not responsible for any loss of commission file.
